  • Supportive Community: Chat in discord dedicated to interact in real time, build meaningful relations and support each other in the tempest journey of finally publishing your videogame.

The specific conditions governing these services are detailed below.

A – Access and Service Delivery

• Information Products: Access to digital material is granted instantly or within a maximum of 24 hours once payment has been successfully confirmed. The client will receive access instructions via the email provided during the purchase.

• Game Consulting: Once the service is acquired, alienGraphs.com will share a digital calendar to schedule the session(s) at a time available to the client. It is the client's responsibility to attend the session at the agreed date and time. In case of non-attendance, your investment will NOT be refunded. However, there is the possibility of rescheduling at no cost (depending on the case).

• Group Workshops & Supportive Community: One the service is acquired, you'll be invited to the server where you'll be able to instantly participate and engage with others. There you will see the dates for the next live events.

B – Confidentiality

alienGraphs.com honors confidentiality regarding all personal or professional information and data shared by the client during coaching sessions, consulting, or through any interaction related to our services. The processing of personal data will be governed by our Privacy Policy and in accordance with current legislation on Data Protection.

Likewise, all material, methodologies, and content of the information products are the intellectual property of alienGraphs.com. As a client, you are granted a license for personal and non-transferable use. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the material is prohibited. Ethics are valued, and the same is expected from the client.
